Program Participation All programs are open to participants of all skill levels. We reserve the right to adjust class placements based on student ability and program capacity. Participants are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect.
Payment and Refunds Payment is due at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made. Refunds may be available up to 7 days before a program begins, minus a processing fee. No refunds will be issued after a program has started.
Photography and Media Sexton Arts, Inc. may photograph or record performances, classes, and events for promotional and educational purposes. By participating in our programs, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in our marketing materials. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing.
Liability Participants engage in our programs at their own risk. Sexton Arts, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including musical instruments.
